As a Store Manager, you’ll create a team environment which fosters inclusivity and positive connections. In this role, you’ll be responsible for directing and leading the team to achieve store objectives which include sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.

  • Availability to work ALL Day on Tuesdays and ONE day on the Weekend

JOB DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Taking photos of new products weekly and uploading to drive
  • Taking video content for marketing & social media
  • Engaging customers for testimonial videos, in-store experiences, overall content for social media
  • Assist the Marketing Director in marketing efforts including events, social media, and overall marketing initiatives.   
  • Assist in drafting or finding related content for social sharing
  • Monitor user comments on our social channels
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Participate in brainstorms as appropriate for social projects and other collaborative staff projects

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (i.e., education, technical skills)

  • Undergraduate (junior or senior) in public relations, marketing, communications, digital communication or other related programs. OR A DEGREE IN THESE AREAS. Does not have to be in school.
  • Detail oriented, organized and creative, possess a professional work ethic, and will be enthusiastic to gain new knowledge.
  • Full-time and part-time students are encouraged to apply; we do our best to work with students and their class schedules.
